Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Legal Parking ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Important: GPS Disclaimer: GPS positioning may be inaccurate. The parking zone displayed in the App is based on your device's GPS signal, which can vary by several hundred meters. You are solely responsible for verifying the correct parking zone before confirming payment. Always check on-site signage. Legal Parking is not liable for parking fines resulting from incorrect zone selection due to GPS inaccuracy.

Description of Service

Legal Parking is a mobile application that provides:

Legal Parking charges the following fees for parking registration:

The total cost, including the parking rate and service fee, is always clearly displayed before you confirm payment. No hidden fees or additional charges apply.

Payment Methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled exclusively by Stripe and never touch our servers.

Refund Policy

If you stop your parking session early, you receive an automatic, proportional refund calculated to the minute. The refund is processed instantly via Stripe. No penalty for leaving early. You only pay for the time you actually used, plus the proportional service fee.

User Confirmation Requirement

Before each parking session begins, you must actively confirm:

Completing this confirmation constitutes your agreement to the charges. The parking session is then registered with Copenhagen's official PRS.

Vehicle Verification (DMR)

All vehicles added to Legal Parking are verified against the Danish Motor Register (Motorregistret / DMR) during onboarding, as required by the City of Copenhagen. By adding a vehicle, you warrant that:

Your Responsibility: GPS positioning may be inaccurate and the displayed parking zone may not reflect your actual physical location. You are solely responsible for verifying the correct parking zone from on-site signage before confirming payment. Legal Parking is not liable for any parking fines, tickets, or penalties resulting from incorrect zone selection due to GPS inaccuracy.

Middelalderbyen (Medieval City)

In the Medieval City area of Copenhagen (Middelalderbyen), parking is only permitted in marked bays. The App communicates this restriction before payment is completed in that area. However, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring you are parked in a marked bay. Legal Parking is not liable for fines resulting from parking outside marked bays in Middelalderbyen.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Innova Apps and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Data Processing

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNOVA APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innova Apps, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. You may also request account deletion. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
